I had taken my car to JD Auto Body for insurance-authorized repairs of severe scratches left by an unknown driver when my car was in a parking lot. The people at JD did a wonderful job and the car looked as good as new when I got it back. The people I spoke to, from the owner down to the shop employees, were all extremely pleasant and friendly and obviously interested in giving great service. It is no wonder that they are a State Farm authorized service agency and their estimates for the repairs were very reasonable. If I require service again for any of my vehicles, JD Auto Body would be my first choice as I appreciate their honest quotations and admire their work.

The customer service at JD is outstanding. They take the necessary time to do a job properly and do not rush things. I had to wait for a couple of weeks before I could bring my vehicle in since they were very busy during the summer, but the work they did for me was well worth the wait.
