Couldn’t have asked for more, the body shop went above and beyond without being asked. The paint job matches perfectly, it’s well blended with the other panels and there’s zero orange peel. Also they not only cleaned the entire vehicle but they went to great detail with the “detail” which wasn’t expected. Also communication was constant and thorough but not annoying. I’ve already recommended J D to 4 close friends.

Mark and Don listened to my concerns about fixing my truck and addressed them. Having the headlight straightened so I could have the repair was so helpful and appreciated. The hood was centered and seams and body work looked great. I received good advice on calling rental company well in advance to insure I had a vehicle and helped in returning it for me. The atmosphere at the shop is friendly and inviting. No bad language and very personable. I have highly recommended JD Auto to several friends for any future needs they may have. Ironically, my son (Dave Smith) is bringing his Ram in tonight so you can make sure it is in running condition till you can fix it in January. Those deer need to start looking both ways before jumping into traffic! Thank you for the final wash and clean truck. By the way, my dog earned his title over the weekend in Ohio. The 11th scent work title this year alone!🐾🐾. Vehicle searches coming up this weekend. 🚗🛻🚚🚜🚐 Wish us luck.
