The shuttle experience was awful. My tire had to be replaced due to an accident, my spare tire was thrown on top of clothing that wasn’t in the trunk when I dropped it off. So now my clothing is all stained. My back seat was all in disarray seat folded down and I don’t understand how it was down I dropped it off it wasn’t like that.
