Bumper looks great not sure how damage to the truck/hatchback occurred. Supposedly it occurred previously and power washing exposed it, but I've had the car 5+ years as a certified pre-owned vehicle. Obviously, the car has been washed multiple times. Damage looks new.

I couldn't be more jubilant than I am with Caliber Collision!! They're on top of their game! The online process was quick, easy to understand, and to the point. There was no confusion with the process at all for me at all. Kyle and Katie both gave me superb customer service. That is a very rare things these days as companies are getting away from one on one service. They do everything they can to try and get you to listen to a robot voice as if I'm ok with that. As I might have questions that a live representative can only give me, I love that Caliber Collision is hands on. And my car... It absolutely looked like it was, before someone did a hit and run on my vehicle. And they have payment plans as well for those of us that were a little short on paying out of pocket or paying for the deductible. Thank you again Caliber Collision for everything! R. W.
