After setting up my appointment online I was called 3 days consecutively by some AI sounding people. Each time they wanted to help me set the appointment up and rach time I had to inform them I had already done it online. That was unnecessary. After that, everything was great. The staff at the Xenia location were nice and the repair looked good. A good experience overall. Thanks!
