The service was great! The only issue was with Erie Insurance. Everything came to Germain in my husband's name Jerry Brown because he's the first one on the policy. This glitch kind of delayed things because we couldn't find the email for the adjuster. This is basically an Erie problem and not problem with Germain of Beaver Creek.
