My name is Andrew i am the Buick owner not Cortney ... The staff was great, they kept me updated on the repairs, the problems, and estimated time. My car looks like I've never been in a wreck, im super satisfied with all their help. I just have 1 or 2 problems that wasn't there before im guessing is because of NTB tires. My car now pulls to the right, im guessing due to alignment from NTB, NOT CALIBERS FAULT, i would suggest going somewhere else for the tire alignment. The 2nd thing is both my back tires won't hold air, im also going to say is NTBs fault not Caliber.

Honestly the best experience I could have asked for, amazing at keeping you up to date and even after picking up my car had an issue unknowing wasn’t related to my original reason for bringing my car in and they still went out of their way to see how they could help!
