Ike was very professional explaining the process, keeping me informed, and also helped with a Polyshield issue I was trying to get resolved. He was very pleasant as was the receptionist. The car looks good and the ride is so nice especially compared to the rental Chevy Spark I was given by the insurance company. I am glad to be back in a big girl's vehicle. Each individual that I met was courteous, and I met many people as I found my way to the correct building, from a management point of view you're doing something right to have such genuine regard demonstrated by all.
