My rear hatch window did not work, it lowered and when it was rising back up it completely fell back down and no longer comes back up. The right side of the rear bumper is slanted and not aligned correctly like the left side is. I also use my roof rack to load and unload items, stepping on the right side of the bumper causes it to sag and I have to push it back up in place. Opening the rear hatch door you can see a plastic push pin that’s supposed to help support the rear bumper is not even inserted into the hole and is bent upwards. Completely disappointed with the workmanship and am hoping it will be fixed.

Thanks to Jeffery Auto, they did a great job in getting my 4Runner as good as it was before my accident, and for handling the situation of a manufacturing defect on a new part that was installed.
