The quality of work was fine it's the fact that they originally wrote my estimate for 100 dollar deductible like it should be but then I believe they forgot about me and never turned it in to State Farm. They never contacted me either. After several weeks I contacted them and they still didn't have my mirror but she was going to call me back that day and if she didn't she would call the next day. Nobody called so after almost 3 weeks I called and they had gotten everything the week before but Nobody called me. Then when I went to pay she tried to charge me 500 dollars and said that State Farm was charging that. I called State Farm and they hadn't even gotten a estimate.
