Bill was great to work with however The tailpipe is still bent and kind of bent downward. They worked on it for a long time but it’s still noticeably bent. Can we still get that fixed?

After my Hyundai Santa Cruz sustained significant damage from a local car wash, I brought it to the collision center at Jerry Durant Chevrolet for repairs. From the very beginning, Collision Center Manager Billy Davis took the time to thoroughly review the damage and assured me that everything necessary would be done to get my truck back on the road. Some of the replacement parts from Hyundai took longer to arrive than expected, but Billy kept me informed every step of the way. He provided weekly updates on the status of the repairs, which gave me great confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. Since the front grille had to be removed and replaced, I asked Billy if one of his technicians could install a mesh screen behind it at my expense to help protect the radiator and A/C condenser from rocks and road debris. The finished result was outstanding. It looked like a factory-installed feature and provides protection for components that are very expensive to repair or replace if damaged. In my opinion, this type of protection should come standard on every vehicle. I want to extend my sincere thanks to Billy Davis and his highly skilled technician for their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail. The quality of the workmanship exceeded my expectations, and my Santa Cruz looks fantastic.
