The body work and detailing were superbly/ highly satisfactory . IWe want to drive the car awhile before we determine whether the front wheels/tires will improve from when we took it to Durant Service Dept bc the smoothness of its ride was bumpy then and was returned to us with little, if any, change.wonder if the tires were ever rotated. . We are disappointed that it no longer has the smooth feel of a Cadillac ride. Its ride is still feels bumpy.

We rate all Durant customer service personnel especially kind and professional. However, were highly confused when service dept’s judgement a need for all new tires and wheels. They said wheels were oval. Body shop and State Farm Claim Rep disagreed and assured us nothing was wrong with the tires our wheels.We filed a valid claim following the service department’s quote to replace them.
