Very good communication. Rodney was AMAZING and so helpful, even when I thought my car was lost at one point. Always gave my updates on what they were going to be doing to my car and when it was estimated to be finished!

Isaac was in charge of our vehicle and he kept us updated weekly with the progress or if there was any problems with parts he kept us in the loop the whole time. This was the first collision that i've ever had to deal with utilizing insurance. Rodney was absolutely awesome. Rodney called us within 48hrs of making the claim to insurance.
