I would recommend, however the dealership is almost 1 hour away from where we live. It was only convenient for me because it’s on the way to our farm and insurance was providing a rental car.

I was left for 45 minutes waiting because no one there who talked to me told Enterprise I was there. Things that were not broken before the accident you said we're not from the accident even though logically they clearly were done. Once again Jerry's does the bare minimum I will never come back to your collision place.

I still have multiple things that are broken on the car that were not broken before the accident. All your workers keep saying is they were pre-existing. Would they know what my car looked like before the wreck. I have a small car that is one panel that was hit by a jacked up ranger. I will never come back and I will tell anyone who will listen not to use you all. All the employees did was talk in circles and then say they were trying to help.

I was left sitting 45 minutes waiting for Enterprise because the four employees that said hello to me and asked me what I was doing there never texted them. And please refuse to fix what was broken on my car saying it was pre-existing and management just talked in circles.
