I like the texting notifications. I liked that they new insurance and understand insurance companies coverage. I'm not so sure about the rental company. I quickly forgot why I accepted paying $20.00 a day for the rental. I think it was to keep me from paying another $500.00 deductible if someone hit me or scrap their car.
