Excellent customer service and the repairs are extremely well done. One suggestion: You replaced a side step on the side that was repaired. However, GM sold them in pairs, so you gave me the extra one loose. You should have contacted me and asked if I would be willing to pay (out of my pocket) to have it installed on the other side.

10/10 for repairs done to damaged part of the accident. -1 point for I guess having one of the car's interior antenna loose so my wireless key sensors didn't work and had to return on a work day to have it fixed, but only took ~20 minutes so was still content.

My Experience

This is the 2nd time I used Caliber in Colmar Pa. This time was a self pay. I think they are great: from Ashley at the front desk to Amanda doing estimates, and all the people that I don’t see “in the back” I think this is a well run place and I will always go to Caliber in Colmar first (hopefully won’t have to haha…)

My Experience

My first experience with Caliber Collision was almost 10 years ago & at a totally different location. I was deeply impressed by the genuine care & the courtesy shown. That experience caused me to use them on this occasion. I experienced more of the same. Matt, John & Ashley took care of me, kept me informed every step of the way and gave me more than enough information for me to make informed decisions. Matt even went out of his way to connect me with John the day before he went on vacation, when he was busy tying up loose ends. Will use Caliber again if needed

They were very professional and courteous throughout the experience. I got timely updates electronically. They also confirmed via the phone. The work was excellent. I highly recommend the Colmar Pa Caliber Collection center. I had my vehicle towed there from an hour away. It was worth the travel. Don’t let distance discourage your decision.

The repairs look good. I didn't think the car looked washed when I picked it up. There were dirt marks near the repairs and a new scuff found on the driver's side of the car. An employee addressed the scuff and cleaned it quickly but I didn't feel like the car was cleaned and ready for me.
