On site personnel were great. Scheduling was done separately and they do not communicate with the location. I had an appt confirmed via email phone and text and showed up and they had no record of it. Saw this happen several times while waiting in the shop.

They helped me get a rental car, kept me informed on repair progress, and finished fixing my car ahead of the estimated repair date. The car looks great and I’m happy.
