My Experience

Caliber Collisions was Great! and Tim was even better! He gave me updates almost everyday about everything going on with my car and how far along they were in the process. He understood that i wouldn't be able to answer every phone call so he would leave a detailed message that i could go back and listen to. Once my car was ready (which was 2 days early) he immediately called me and said they were just waiting on the insurance and then he called again saying it was ready for pickup. My overall experience was great to the call updates and even the website that allowed me to see the breakdown of the car costs and status of my car. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience after what had happened to my baby (my car). Thank you once again Caliber Collisions of North Wales!
