We specialize in crash and collision repair and are educated in the insurance claim process. Our goal is to educate our customers about the repair claim process and provide high quality repairs in a timely manner. I was appalled (as was my insurance agent) at the $1,500 price tag for an inspection/estimate and a few days of storage. And the $6k estimate seemed outlandishly high, creating an obvious "total." After repairs at a local body shop, including a new A/C condenser, the car looks better than before the accident. The difference between what they did for $2,350.90 and you did for $1,500 is crazy.

I filled this out once already but maybe it did not reach its destination. I appreciated the polite voice on the phone and prompt pics + estimate, but those repair numbers ($6k) seemed high (guaranteed it getting totaled). I was appalled (as was my insurance agent and another body shop) at the $1,500 price tag for the time it took to write up the estimate and a few days of "storage" while the claim was being processed. The person on the phone even said there was a higher storage price for a totaled vehicle, which seemed questionable ethically. For $2,350.90, it now looks better with the replacement parts than it did before the accident + a new A/C condenser.
