Kelsey was great at communicating during the whole process my vehicle was in the shop. She was very thorough in explaining everything, as well as empathetic when there was a delay due to waiting for a part. The shop did an incredible job on the repairs, and even touched up a spot that wasn't part of the job. I am impressed with how everything turned out. I appreciate you all!
