We specialize in crash and collision repair and are educated in the insurance claim process. Our goal is to educate our customers about the repair claim process and provide high quality repairs in a timely manner. Your communication could use some work. My estimate got buried on someone’s desk and if I hadn’t stopped in to check I don’t think I would’ve heard from you. Also, I filled out paperwork with all of my information on it and you were still trying to reach my husbands old phone number which he hasn’t had in 4 years.

Our repairs at Jerrys Body Shop was so fantastic! From the moment of estimate I felt confident in their assessment & plan for the repair. What was traumatic for me they gave me the impression that it was totally fixable! I passed on other locations because of their interest in my business and situation. My estimate was emailed very quickly. Upon dropping off my car the details of the repairs were explained by their very friendly staff. I received calls throughout the process with updates that things were progressing as planned. The finished job looked fantastic. Upon pick up it was comforting to know that the repair happened without any hassles or complications or delays. We were informed all along the way. Our entire vehicle looked shiny and its best at pick up! I highly recommend this shop for business!
