We specialize in crash and collision repair and are educated in the insurance claim process. Our goal is to educate our customers about the repair claim process and provide high quality repairs in a timely manner. They did a great job and more than I asked for replacing my antenna. It was finished in a short amount of time. Staff very accomodating and friendly. I would highly recommend them. Not overly priced.

Everything was great!! Love the way things turned out and got back to almost normal!! There was one weird thing I took a picture of the mileage when I dropped it off, because I walked it back into the office to tell them so they could write it down. Well between then and the time I picked it up, there was 2,000 more miles on my car. But other than that id do business there again

I am very disappointed in my service, due to the billing procedures. I was not contacted until the last couple days that I was getting charged so much for storage fees. I had not recieved a bill and my original estimate from state farm had no storage fees listed. My car has since been totalled out. State farm paid some storage fees and I was left with the remainder of the fees. This should have been communicated in some way to me, since I am responsible. After paying the remainder of my loan, then paying Jerry's I walk away with nothing. 8600.00 In storage fees and no communication is unacceptable.
