On the day of the collision in October of 2021, a friend checked my car and told me that I was going to need a new windshield wiper fluid vessel and a new pump for it. He secured the bumper so that I could drive it, since the bumper was hanging. When I brought the car in for an estimate, photos were taken. I told them that I needed a new windshield wiper fluid container and a new pump. He did not remove the screws that were holding the body together while doing the estimate. Therefore, he didn’t notice that the pump needed to be replaced. My car went in on 2/9/2022, with a promise date of 2/11/22. I received a call on 2/11 that they had discovered that the pump needed replacement. The good thing is that I was kept up to date with reports of when the part would come in. However, my car repair wasn’t completed until 2/17/22. I had rented a car during this period of time. Because they did not assess that I needed a pump in the first place, I had to wait 7 days longer to get my car back, costing me $10.05 per day in rental expenses. I would have expected that, had they removed the screws that were holding the bumper together for a complete assessment, they would have noticed that the pump needed replacement, and I would not have had to wait the extra week.

They did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. I wasn’t expecting the work to be done so quickly and they were able to fit me in months before I even believed they were going to. There was an issue with my door also making noise but because it had guarantee, Mike was able to fix it in less than 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend going to Jerry’s Park Avenue to get a vehicle repaired
