I absolutely would never recommend this auto body.

It took three months to get my car back. The communication was lackluster to say the least. Phil never contacted me one time in two months to let me know about what was going on with my car. If it wasn’t for my relationship with the case manager at the dealership, I would honestly have no idea what was going on. Jersey collision was zero help to me during this whole experience. I was never even given an apology for the huge inconvenience that I experienced with not having my vehicle. In my opinion, this auto body shop is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, especially to me as a customer and I will never take any vehicle of mine here again. I will never recommend this auto body shop to anybody. They should not be working on EV’s if they do not have experience. There isn’t even a charger at the shop to charge them.

They did an amazing job and the staff was great! Everyone is super friendly and professional! My vehicle looks great! Had a bad ding from someone hitting my car with a door and taking off. Typical in this area but Jersey Collision had my vehicle Friday morning and my car was done by Monday! Fast and efficient & they have a lifetime warranty i believe They said on the work they did! Can’t get any better than that!

I found a piece in the back seat on the side door was replaced that the rubber is not correctly replaced into the top of car. May I stop by and show you please. Otherwise total satisfied
