Amazing experience from start to finish! The collision center did an awesome job repairing my vehicle after my accident. The repairs were extensive, but they kept me updated throughout the process and made sure everything was done properly. My car came back looking great, and the quality of the work really shows. Everyone I dealt with was professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with. I really appreciate the time and effort they put into getting my car back to me in great condition. Everything was great except the wrong mirror arrived and the right one reordered. It took 11 days to get the mirror fixed. However, I can't hold Jim Browne accountable for the mirror. When the got it, they were fast getting it on. It looks and works great. They even cleaned up and washed my truck inside and out. The truck looked good.
