I recently took my car into this shop for repairs, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was perfect friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They explained everything clearly, gave me a fair quote, and kept me updated throughout the process. What really stood out was the manager. He was extremely awesome and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. He personally checked on my car, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely confident that my vehicle was in great hands. The repair was beyond what we imagined. Getting our car back took longer then estimated due to waiting on parts. We were fine with that. Communication as to the status of the repair was not there.

The repairs took a little bit longer than I expected. However the price was what I expected. I was told that they underestimated the work and how much it would be and I appreciate how they honored the original quote
