Repair job looks great. Car looks good. My only concern is that I told you guys to protect the top from cats and there's paw prints all over the top. Luckily it doesn't really look like much damage was done. Maybe just one claw for caught. Really was not too happy about that

There was dirt in the paint that should have been sanded and buffed out one bed rail doesn’t match the other should have been replaced too match or polished bed liner looks like over spray on it.

Only setback was on receiving my vehicle there was a couple issues that still needed addressed. The Manager Brian immediately took responsibility and came and got my vehicle and had the issue addressed right away. Very impressed with the professionalism and quick response to our needs of a vehicle. 10/10

The work done on my vehicle appears to be good from what I’ve seen so far. What I’m disappointed in and upset about is the amount of time it took to do the work. The scheduled completion date changed so many times I lost track and the reasons for additional delays didn’t seem to justify the delays. It seems to me that it shouldn’t take close to 6 weeks to repair the damage done to the vehicle.
