Two months, need I say more. Yet my car is still not repaired I’m taking it in back to get alignment done which wasn’t done after suspension repairs. Selecting your shop for repairs was the worst decision I have made in my life and I’ve made some pretty bad decisions.

I feel that Ana Suarez never took into consideration any of my concerns about the problems with my vehicle. Everything that was done is exactly what I mention to her on day one. Yet she chose to do things one at a time and submit and re-submit each issue to the insurance and that is what took 2 months

i got my car back 1 month and 2 weeks after the fact. i THOUGHT for as long as they had my car i’d get it back in great condition. i was wrong. they left glass on my back seats. although they claim to have vacuumed . the steering wheel was installed upside down. the wires of the steering wheel poke out. passenger window frame is chipped off in the bottom corners if i had more time i’d keep going.
