When I originally brought my vehicle in due to an accident, I mentioned that my brakes weren't working after the impact. My vehicle was in your collision center over a week. Although the visible body damage is fixed, I'm noticing the brakes and a squeaking and clicking noise coming from the rear (R) tire. It is the same noise I heard as I dropped the vehicle off with your services. I notified my Geico representative of the noise which is definitely from the accident. I have my two children to keep safe in my vehicle, I would have expected that during the "test drive" your representatives mentioned, someone would have noticed the clicking and squeaking and the brake pedal. After paying my portion expecting to drive my vehicle safely and comfortably with two children, I would have appreciated my brakes and that noise to be looked into and fixed. THESE ARE NOT WEAR AND TEAR noises this is definitely from the accident.

There's a problem with my hood it doesn't seem to be aligning. I'll be out of town this next week but I will be bringing it back into just have you take a look at it. Everyone at your agency was extremely helpful and I have no problem at all with that everyone was very nice.

The body repair and painting done in a few days really two or less and looks just like it came from the factory when l bought new! I was thinking it was going to take at least one or two weeks. The Geico team was fantastic, the Enterprise rental was just as impressive. This was overall the best possible service l could ask for. Thank you David Stinson Sr
