Everyone was very nice. It was a very smooth process to drop off my car and Enterprise Rental Car was contacted and came to pick me up promptly. The repair did take one week longer than anticipated, but was not beyond reason. When I called to get the status of my vehicle it was late afternoon. Fortunately I was able to pick up my car that day. My only complaint is that my car was dirty when I picked it up and I would’ve expected it to be washed. That was disappointing. Overall I am happy with my experience and I would definitely recommend Jim Burke Collision. Thank you.

Every single time I’ve brought my truck in. I’ve had to bring it back because one of your guys broke something or screws were not put back. The quality of service has gone down here from the last time I had to bring a vehicle here. Not sure I’ll bring another vehicle here again.
