The entire process was very transparent professional and I never felt like I didn’t know what was happening. I always felt well informed about the stage my car was in, what was being replaced and how things worked. Jim, Kim, Trevor and the rest of the crew put in 110% effort to bring my car back to the condition it was before the incident. I am very satisfied.

There were some complications with getting parts of the right quality which made the pickup date oscillate. Looking over the sources from Albany to Long Island, I have a better understanding of what Kim and Jim tried to explain to me.
