Marla was the absolute best to work with on the damage repairs on my truck. She worked with the insurance company to insure it was not totaled and keep me informed with weekly updates on the progress of the repairs. Very satisfied with the overall customer service she provided. Cannot express how happy I am with the repairs and experience Jim Clark Collision provided.

Friendly, done in a timely manner, great at communicating, etc... but, my car did have a dent when given back to me that was not there when I have them my vehicle for repair. No communication, no attempt to fix, no explanation. Noone said anything in hopes that maybe it wouldn't be found.

I was satisfied with the work. But I don’t know why they take the car in when they clearly don’t have the parts to fix it. It seems as though when they find out you have a rental car they don’t worry about it being in the shop so long

Almost all of the wiring done to replace bumper was wrong and I had to go to 2 different places to have it fixed which was an additional cost.
