I will NEVER get work done here again and will NEVER take my car back to this dealership or collision center. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. terrible customer service and TERRIBLE work overall.

2 parts of the bumper that was repaired are still sticking out, and the inside lining above the tires is rippled and was not properly put on. It was a Lazy Job. I am not happy!

I was not called one time to receive an update throughout the process. My car was being repaired for over 6 weeks and I did not receive one single call. I had to call every time to get an update, and the process kept being delayed for reasons that I don’t believe! Terrible service.

And I guess it was not actually the Repair that I was not happy with. It was the amount of time that it took to be repaired and me having to be stranded on the side of the road two different times because I was told my car was repaired and safe to drive and it wasn’t. It actually took three times to finally get it right and repair it correctly. That would be what I’m not satisfied with.
