Please do not contact me. I felt like the tech did a pretty mediocre fit up of the new panel, and missed some damage that should have been in a revised estimate and included in the repair. The paint touch up and detail looked fine, but obvious panel alignment issue that you guys should have caught rather than me.

Wow, did I have an experience! The best customer service I have had or seen in a very long time! From the young lady at the reception desk to the day of pick up!! Josh was exceptional!! He kept me aware of the entire process. My car was completed before schedule, which was great! The entire process was very easy. Josh walked me through the inspection. I was very pleased. My car look like it was driven off the lot from which I purchased it. I don’t know what words to say about the service I received. I am very grateful that this type of service still exists. I hope that I will never need your services again, but if I do, you can count on me as a return customer. Thank you Joshua for the exceptional service!!🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
