Kayla, at the front desk, was friendly and efficient with the paperwork. Josh was very friendly and very informative about the damage to our vehicle. He explained the repair process and kept us updated throughout the time our vehicle was being repaired. Our vehicle was repaired and ready to go a week earlier than we expected. The repair to our vehicle looks extremely good. Josh explained everything that had to be done to repair our vehicle. You can’t even tell there was any damage. We are very pleased with the entire experience. Thank you for a job well done.

My steering wheel is off center (leaning towards the left) and my car wants to go left even tho the wheel is straight as well as when I let go at a safe environment the wheel went to its off center position (leaning left) and it tries to drive slowly towards the right.

The team was super friendly. Great communication and loved the continuous updates on my car. My car looks amazing and feels brand new. Really appreciate how my car was vacuumed and wiped down on the inside when I wasn’t expecting it to be since I brought it in dusty. Definitely would recommend
