It took far too long for repairs. The vehicle could've been brought in after the parts had arrived, rather than holding the vehicle waiting for parts. I understand the billing and payment cycle with insurance, but paying for a rental for several weeks with a safely operable vehicle is a poor practice.

My car didn't make it 5 miles before it broke down. It was obvious they failed to check what damage there was under the hood besides the radiator. I'm very disappointed specially that it took 6 weeks to so call repair & I arrive to only get 5 miles. Yes you could say I'm very dissatisfied

Pin striping was left off and rear bumper cover hanger was not repaired.

Tony and John are very easy and professional to work with. They kept me informed of progress throughout the repair process! My truck had damage to from the right rear bumper down the right side of the bed. The work was completed in a professional manner and the new bed panel is seamless! If I didn't know it had been replaced, I can't tell a difference. The paint (a metallic metal flake)matches as well!
