The man who set up everything for me was very sweet and helpful. He made sure that my vehicle would be completed efficiently, and worked around my schedule for getting the car and picking it up. Overall, he was very charismatic and reassuring when concerning the process.

Ryan is the absolute best, he went above and beyond what is expected to get me the best result possible. Would recommend Jim Shorkey Collision without hesitation. Only body shop I would use in future - as long as Ryan is there and available.
