A little disappointed ☹️ in the communication about front bumper repair. Original conversation was there was no problem getting part for Nissan, I do understand that the part was not available. However, when Jimmy called, he said " so ya'll we're going to wait on the front right?" When answered no, I was then told, the part was not available. There was no communication about this until then. I got a quote for both and we discussed I was paying for the front bumper. Also, that since my car was going to be in the shop and I would have a rental, I wanted it fix as well. I was told, that a rental would be available by Jimmy and Dena's when the bumper comes in. The conversation just did not match the original conversation at time of quote. Very satisfied with the friendly staff and the repair. I eagerly await for the front bumper to be replaced. Thank you. The shop took care of my car promptly and did a great job. It looks great and drives well for the most part. Only little glitch is that my daughter feels that the new tire that was put on seems to grip a little more sometimes. That's probably normal when one is replaced and the other three aren't. Thanks for the timely repair.
