I dropped it off on Wednesday (week 1) and picked it up on Monday (week 3). I was told it was ready on Friday (week 2), but they had to order another part. The shop said later that a trim piece had also broke in the accident, but wasn't noticed until the work had nearly completed from the sounds of it. Rubber mats in the driver seat were dirty as if muddy shoes were worn while in the vehicle. The last observation I made was that the new lift gate was very sparkly and unblemished (it still is but needs a wash). It's better than before the accident. The sensors work possibly better than before too. Oh and I forgot my clicker in the rental that they conveniently allow to be parked for pickup by the rental company Enterprise. 10/10
