Unfortunately, I have come to the Germantown Caliber twice with my GMC 2024 Denali Truck. First damage was from a deer. The 2nd most resent damage was from large hail. The best part of these visits was meeting Andy he took great care of both my claims. Andy kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. My truck was returned to me when promised with no hassle. I am very picky about the way my truck looks, and I must say both times I have been very impressed with the work they have all done. I hope this is my last visit! but if I would need to return, I would come back for sure for Andy and the people at the Germantown Caliber Collision to take care of me.

I am amazed at the job done by Caliber Collision Germantown on my Honda Pilot. The paintless dent repair is perfect as well as the aluminum window trim and traditional roof repair. On top of that the inside of the Pilot was spotless clean. Andy did a great job keeping me updated on the repair process. Thank you Caliber!

Caliber Collision in Germantown repaired my 2021 Honda Pilot that was heavily damaged by high winds & hail. They did an amazing job! I was totally pleased! Andy the Service Mgr kept me fully appraised on the progress. It took a week longer than originally forecasted but as I found out - there were problems getting the aluminum window surround strips. Three times the aluminum strips were damaged upon receipt at Caliber. Andy never blamed anyone and just kept working to get jew ones which is very professional. When I picked up the car it looked brand new both inside and outside! I highly recommend Caliber Collision Germantown.
