Second time using and work has been completed but would be hesitant based on a few of the issues this go-round and with communication.

Car is running well. Having to bring car back to window tint (after mentioning/reminding about it on the phone 2-3 times in person or on the phone) was frustrating. Also needed to bring back to have steering wheel realigned. Also, would have expected a new FOB/key combo that worked rather than needing a secondary key now.

I was really happy with the excellent service that I received. The office staff was very friendly and fully explained the entire process. I was given an estimate of the amount of time that it would take to complete the repairs. However, much to my surprise, the work was completed 4 days earlier. Most importantly, the quality of work was great. I would strongly recommend the shop to anyone who needs collision repairs.

I really appreciate the exceptional quality of service that I received from this company. The office staff was very nice. The estimator throughly explained the entire repair process and provided an estimate of the time that it would take to complete them. Much to my surprise, the repairs were completed several days early! I’m am extremely pleased with the quality of the work. I would definitely recommend the company to anyone who needs collision repair work done.

The experience was okay. There was a windshield replacement that we had a hard time getting completed. We were told a couple of times Jim’s would make arrangements for the repair, but no one did. Also, the repaired bumper came slightly detached from the rest of the body, and a small vent part came loose and has been lost.

The loaner died on me and it was an extended time in getting my vehicle back due to wrong parts ordered and sent. My back bumper with step portion and chrome are currently still dysfunctional and the backcourt that hides the hitch is falling off.
