After I went to get my jeep and it needed some work touch up and Chris said that I need to leave it and he will get it taken care of and they will start on it immediately and I will have it back the Thursday. I was kind of upset but took Chris word and he took care of the issues and called and said I can come back and get it I was happy but said I can’t pick it up That day or the next due to I get off at 5 and work in Troy and they close at 6 but Chris said I will deliver that Jeep to my house and he did that my Husband looked it over and said they did a beautiful job so I am very happy. And would recommend George’s Collision

Communication was good and things were done according to estimated time. After picking up the car and it was driving very noisy, they agreed to look into it and see if it can be fixed. Hopefully they can.

Great customer service, always keep us updated on the progress of work and listened to our concerns and were very accommodating.
