The body work looked great but there were issues with the front passenger side door, such as, the window wouldn't open, the door wouldn't open from the inside, and the open door sensor would go off. These all should have been checked and corrected before the car was released.

They didn't do the best job at communicating the status of the car and we had to bring it back to get things corrected that should have been done the first time.

You gave front end alignment but one wheel alignment and charged me $106.00. My truck drove horrible going out if town. I had to bring my truck back to get two wheels alignment and was charged another $106.00. The ladies at the front desk was rude and very nasty towards me and told me not to bring my truck back to this company again. The one with the black quote u quote cussed me out about me and me bringing my truck there to be serviced. I have never been treated like this before from no company and for her to talk the way she did to me as a customer was not professional and uncalled for when I wad spending me money with them. Anything could have happened on the road and i had my newborn grandson with me and my truck wasn't done right the first time. Good customer service is hard to find or was it because I am black.
