While they did a fine job with the repair, it took long enough that I’d say it was frankly inconvenient. Perhaps I didn’t know the extent of the damage of my vehicle, and perhaps there is a shortage of labor . I can appreciate that. But, I really am left wondering how a mirror replacement and to fix some dents in the body of the vehicle took over a month. Because of this, I’m honestly hesitant to come back in the future or recommend the business to others. This aside, I did appreciate Marc’s kindness. He made a good connection with the customer and I think that counts for something.
