From the beginning communication was awful. I had to call several times and got no response about whether my insurance info was received. Then I had to call my insurance adjuster and tel them no one called me back. I asked for an estimate for a front end paint repair along with my insurance repair and was quoted a price for the paint and repair. I told them I would wait until after tax season for the paint but to schedule the repair asap. When it came to scheduling a drop off date… almost 8 weeks went by and I heard nothing. I had to cal again and I was told “oh we thought you wanted to wait h til after tax season for the repair. “. Nope. Not what I said. I dropped my truck off April 8. I was told it would be ready by April 12. I called on April 12 late afternoon. Surprise. Truck isn’t done. They told me it would be done April 22?! I picked up the truck April 22. Guess what. Not completed. Parking sensor isn’t installed cause it didn’t come in. And I drive home and my gas lid is flapping in the breeze. A spring was “overlooked”. I had to eat the cost of my rental for an extra 10 days. Wanna make Me completely satisfied? Refund my money on the rental due to the trucknot being completed when you told me it would. $395 extra I had to spend.

there’s a dent in my front left quarter panel that was not there when I dropped the vehicle off… My gas tank lid was removed for paint and now instead of a smooth coat it has ripples all through it… Communication was a disaster the entire experience… apparently the spring that holds the gas lid shut was “misplaced and so now it flaps in the breeze at 60 miles an hour like a leaf I could go on
