Repair was perfect. Customer service, not so much. As a brand new customer to this type of service, the attendant inspecting my vehicle at the time provided excellent auto shop knowledge, but did not feel confident with office work (completing paperwork, handling phone calls, short temper). I had to follow up many times for my vehicle to get the proper services.

I am 100% satisfied with the repairs . They were all so nice when we came in to drop off the vehicle . I was surprised it only took 3-4 days to finish ! I thought it would take weeks . They did a great job ! Car looks good as new . They also washed it for me and cleaned the interior wish I truly appreciated ! Quick to finish repairs & clean the whole car just shows they love what they do & care for their customers .
