The staff members at JM Pacific Autobody are awesome! From the estimate appointment to the repairs being completed, I was kept informed every step of the way. My repairs were finished the same day I dropped it off! I know this can't be the case with everybody's vehicle, but I was really impressed. Roy did my estimate so fast and I was notified up front that my paint color might not match exactly because the paint on my car is faded. They worked with me to make sure I was happy with the final color. I can't even tell the difference!
