They were amazing. They finished a truck that needed 2 doors replaced plus a lot of body work in 2 weeks. Very nice and considerate. Also very upfront on the cost in terms of showing what and why each action would be done. Is a bit of a drive for me but will definitely go to Jock White again if a collision occurs.

When I went to pickup the Jeep the vehicle was dirty inside and out. The inside had been cleaned prior to bringing it to Jock White. The seats and the inside had a covering of gray dust all over and trash pieces of some unknown variety in the back floorboards and back area. There was overspray on the fender and green paint on part of the fender that should not have had paint on it. The window panel on the side that was repaired had a huge scratch on it that was not present when it was dropped off to be repaired. The replaced door had a small paint or metal spur on the part of the inside along the edge. It was my understanding that the vehicle would be cleaned inside and out before presenting it back to me. Jock White should be ashamed that no matter how well the repair was the over all lack of concern in cleaning the vehicle and making sure everything looks great was lacking. I am greatly disappointed due to the fact I had heard great things about Jock White going above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy with their repairs.
