Jock White did an excellent job repairing our 2020 Ford Explorer! We were upset to have to send it to a shop for repairs after my wife struck a tree in the middle of the road, but Jock White communicated well with our insurance and kept us updated through every step in the process. Charlie was very kind and helpful and Benji and his crew did excellent work. I would strongly recommend this shop!

Body work was good, but wheel alignment was not performed as listed in quote and damaged wheel “repair” was a joke. Quote on wheel was misleading suggesting that it would be replaced.

The only thing wrong was they forgot to reconnect my wiring harness in the back behind the bumper. No big deal. I just saw it hanging and reconnected it.
