It's enough of a hassle when you need to be without your vehicle as a result of an accident that wasn't even your fault, and have to deal with adjusters and car rentals. It's far worse when you have to go back 2 additional times.

The only thing that upset me is that 7 days after the car was there & the same day it was suppose to be returned to us I get a call that the paint job didn’t go well. So when did they start work in the car? Yes I was compensated with a free oil change but it wasn’t that large of a repair to take 9 days. I would understand if it were winter because of all the fender benders but the shop didn’t look all that busy either
